In 2017, BIA is pleased to announce the current expansion of 2 Operations Centers in Saudi Arabia, and the introduction of Market Managers in the Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Ghana & Kenya markets.

OUR HISTORY: BIA initially began by providing a simple Hotel Mystery Shopping service for the three Marriott hotel properties in Jordan, and soon began delivering a variety of Cash Integrity Audits as well.
